Danielle White - MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Danielle is a highly accomplished Nurse Practitioner, mother of two, and national trainer in aesthetic medicine. She opened The Aesthetic Label in 2020 after spending five years practicing aesthetic medicine as both an injector and consultant. She is board certified and holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Otterbein University.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness from The Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, both located in Columbus, Ohio. With a wealth of experience, Danielle has successfully performed thousands of aesthetic treatments throughout her career.
Her exceptional skills have earned her national recognition as a National Account Trainer and Consultant for leading brands such as Galderma and Allergan since 2018, renowned for products including Dysport and Botox. She has trained exclusively for Allergan since 2019 and has completed more than 250 trainings during that time.
Danielle has also served as an educator for multiple AMI webcasts. She was hand selected as one of eight trainers for a brand-new national lip training course and as one of only 17 chosen for the Allergan Medical Institute Accelerate national training program. Additionally, she was part of the inaugural faculty of the Allergan Medical Training Centers, selected from over 500 AMI trainers.
In 2023 and 2025, Danielle was chosen as an Educator, Speaker, and Live Injector at the Aesthetic Extender Symposium (AES) in Boca Raton. She has also received accolades as a RealSelf Most Loved Injector and has been ranked among the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors.
Passionate about skin, beauty, anti-aging, and the art of enhancement, Danielle strongly believes in preserving youth while promoting both inner and outer well-being. She is widely respected for her honesty and her commitment to achieving natural, refined aesthetic results.
When Danielle isn’t helping her patients look and feel their best, you can find her spending time with her husband, Quentin, and chasing after their adorable children, Quinn and Tre.

Eliana brings 7 years of experience in the service industry, rooted in extensive and exceptional customer service. Her passion for creating meaningful, positive experiences aligns perfectly with our mission of making every client feel seen, cared for, and confident from the moment they walk through our doors.
Born and raised in Pompano, she’s deeply connected to the community. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her at the gym or immersed in anything fitness-related. She’s a proud cat mom to two cats, one of five siblings, and a true lover of writing. Writing is part of her daily and weekly routine, something she’s deeply passionate about and constantly refining. She’s excited to blend her love for communication, creativity, and people into her role here at The Aesthetic Label!
Dr. Nirmal Nathan, M.D.
Allow us to present our esteemed Medical Director, Dr. Nirmal Nathan, leading the way at The Nathan Clinic: Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics. Dr. Nathan's impressive journey began with his enrollment in the highly sought-after Honors Program in Medicine at the University of Miami, where he excelled. He furthered his education at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he gained entry into the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, reserved for the most exceptional medical students across the nation.
Dr. Nathan's pursuit of excellence continued as he embarked on surgical and specialty training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He honed his skills at the renowned University of California-San Francisco (UCSF), a globally recognized institution, and furthered his expertise through a fellowship in Craniofacial surgery. His training also encompassed adult facial cosmetic procedures, including rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and facelift.
When seeking a collaborative partnership with a Medical Director, Danielle prioritized finding a master of their craft, possessing exceptional skill and education. Equally important were shared morals, values, and a commitment to delivering compassionate and exceptional care. Dr. Nathan perfectly embodies these qualities, making him the ideal match for Danielle.
Recognizing the significance of plastic surgery, Danielle wholeheartedly supports the field, acknowledging that her syringe of filler is not a magical solution. She takes immense pride in referring her patients to one of Miami's finest Plastic Surgeons and working alongside Dr. Nathan to provide the utmost level of care and quality for their well-being.
